Having problems getting that new version of software to install? Or did you buy a new program that gives more errors then help when trying to install it? With our software installation service we guaranty results or it’s free. Software installation includes installation of any one software program (Restrictions apply) configuring program settings and applying any updates found for the software and testing.

Software installation covers almost any type of software such as word processing, utilities, games & recreational, antivirus or malware protection and beyond.

For the listed price we will install any piece of software, configure it and check/apply updates if needed. This price is valid for one software installation on one computer. Please call for discount pricing on multiple application installations or installations on multiple computers.

- Basic training if requested.

Additional Notes: For desktop software installation we only need the desktop tower. No cables or plugs required. For laptop software installation we need the laptop and power adapter. The price listed covers 95% of all software home users use. Additional fees may apply for business clients depending on complexity of the program. Prepaying for drop-off service is an option, not a requirement. We also accept walk-ins and payment after all work is complete.






FAQ’S:

Will you help me install a non-legitimate program? No. The software must be authentic and not pirated copies.

My software program tells me I don’t meet system requirements, can you get it installed? The software you are trying to install requires one or more of the following: more memory, disk space, CPU speed or video card performance. In order for that particular piece of software to be installed we will need to look at which requirements you are lacking first. Then yes the software can be installed.

Do you offer discounts if I have more than one program I need installed? Yes. Please give us a call to discuss pricing options.






Warranty & Payment Information:

- We warranty the installation and update process of the software.
- We currently accept all major credit cards, debit cards as well as PayPal and cash.
- Sorry no checks or money orders of any kind.
- Payments are due at time of pickup.
- Prepayment is allowed and receipts given.
