A computer tune-up performed by us can recover as much as 50% system performance and is guaranteed results you will see from startup to shutdown. Areas that a computer tune-up will help improve are in startup times, application launch times, internet speed, shutdown times and can fix or remove some general application errors.

For the price listed, simply bring in your laptop and we will begin the process of getting it tuned up and running like new. When you arrive to pick up the laptop we will have it up and running for you to test out and see firsthand the new performance boost.

Additional Notes: For laptop computer tune-ups we need the laptop and power adapter. Prepaying for drop-off service is an option, not a requirement. We also accept walk-ins and payment after all work is complete. Laptops with virus infections are subject to an additional $25 fee for removal. If virus activity is detected we will call you for virus removal approval.

HOW CAN I TELL IF MY LAPTOP NEEDS A TUNEUP? It is hard for anyone to tell you when a tune-up is required without inspecting the computer first hand because some symptoms could be signs of other problems such as virus infection, bad hardware or lacking drivers. If you are unsure what you need but you know something is not right, feel free to bring the laptop by for a free diagnostic. Some possible signs a tune-up is required would be if you start to notice some or all of the following. Longer than normal startup times, Slow internet, slow application load times, slow shutdown, strange errors, full disc space warnings or other sluggish behavior that is getting progressively worse as time goes on.

What else will I get with Guardian Technologies Laptop Tune-Up Service? Aside from a complete computer tune-up you will also be given advice on other software or hardware changes that would greatly increase system performance along with a complete system scan to detect any malware or virus activity that might be causing issues. We also offer free follow-up service should you run into any problems or have questions.
