The laptop system restore process starts with the installation of the required operating system (Windows XP, Vista, 7 / MAC OS 10.x) along with all operating system updates and security patches. We then locate and install all required hardware drivers with the most up to date version and finally finish with system optimization to remove any unnecessary services and bloat ware.

FAQ’S:

Will I keep my programs? Any programs that originally shipped with your laptop will be installed. All other programs will need to be reinstalled. Recovery media shipped with older laptops will need to be provided. In the event you no longer have the recovery media we can still restore the computer however any programs originally shipped with the computer will not be included.

CAN YOU BACKUP MY DATA? Yes we do offer data backup and restore services at a reduced price when used with this service.






Warranty & Payment Information:

- We warranty the restore will be successful and provide a live demonstration to every client.
- We currently accept all major credit cards, debit cards as well as PayPal and cash.
- Sorry no checks or money orders of any kind.
- Payments are due at time of pickup.
- Prepayment is allowed and receipts given.
