Although we will not be able to tell you the forgotten password we will be able to remove it so you can again get access to the desktop and all your data. Resetting a laptop password will not harm any of the information stored on the laptop. All your music, documents, pictures and programs will remain….the only thing removed is the password itself.

After the laptop password is removed you will be able to login to your account and create a new password. If you are unsure how to setup a new password we are happy to show you free of charge. CAN I CREATE A NEW PASSWORD AFTER YOU REMOVE THE OLD ONE? Yes. After we remove the old password you will be able to add a new password and we offer free assistance should you need it.

Will I lose any of my files or information? No. None of your information is damaged or removed during the laptop password reset service. The only change to your computer is with the password being removed.

Is there a charge if you can’t remove the password? No. If we are unable to remove the password you pay nothing.
