After reassembly the laptop undergoes quality assurance testing and you receive notification of completed repairs.

Additional Notes: For drop-off laptop hinge replacement we need the laptop and power adapter. Prepaying for drop-off service is an option, not a requirement. HOW LONG WILL THE REPAIR TAKE? Unless preordered we need to order the part and shipping times apply. 5-10 days to completed repair. If part is preordered the waiting time is 1-2 days to completed repair.

HOW MUCH WILL THE PARTS COST? Prices for the laptop hinges depend on many factors but most range between $25-$45 with shipping included.

- Laptop hinge replacement comes with a manufacturer warranty of 60-120 days depending on supplier.
- We currently accept all major credit cards, debit cards as well as PayPal and cash.

- Payments are due at time of pickup.
