Laptop Diagnostic Service:

Our laptop diagnostic fee covers all labor and materials used during the diagnostic on your laptop to determine the exact cause to your problems. After we find the exact cause of your laptop troubles we then call you with a no obligation quote for repair.

Option 1. If you like our repair price and approve of the repairs we start the repair process and call you as soon as all computer repairs are complete. (diagnostic fee is waived)

Option 2. If you do not like to price or repair recommendations and decline repairs the only cost to you is the diagnostic fee listed.

In many cases we do not need to perform a diagnostic in order to quote you a price. In cases such as this we will offer you a no hassle quote over the phone or at the counter.

How do I know you will tell me the truth? Unlike many of our competitors we do not require down payments or upfront payments in full for our repairs. Once repairs are made we show each and every customer their working computer along with any proof of repairs when applicable before payment is made. This is your assurance….when we say this will fix it. It will or we don’t get paid by our boss…..which is YOU.

What is a diagnostic? Diagnostic work is usually performed on laptops that are known to have a problem although the root cause of that problem is unknown. Another reason for having a diagnostic performed is when a laptop has a known broken part which the client wants fixed and needs a quote on the parts plus labor.

- We currently accept all major credit cards, debit cards as well as PayPal and cash.
- Sorry no checks or money orders of any kind.
- Payments are due at time of pickup.
