Laptop Data Recovery Service:

For various reasons a laptop hard drive may lose track of the data contained on it or the Windows operating system may crash leaving you without the ability to get to the data needed. When this happens data recovery is needed to remove the required data from the failed drive and burn it to CD/DVD or other media.

With the use of special software and hardware devices we are able to connect directly to the hard drive and read the data right from the drive without the need to interface with your Windows operating system or hard drive file mappings. Once your desired data is located on the hard drive we then copy it from the failed drive and burn in onto DVD media for you to use on other systems as needed.





Service Details:

Our laptop data recovery service price is dependent on the amount of data needed to be recovered. For most home users the price is typically $100.00 and includes the DVD media. This price is based on a total recovered data amount of 10GB or less. An addition $1.00 fee is applied for every 1GB of data thereafter.

Additional Notes: For drop-off laptop data recovery we need the laptop and power adapter. Prepaying for drop-off service is an option, not a requirement. We also accept walk-ins and payment after all work is complete. We are unable to recover data from physically damaged hard drives or hard drives that no longer spin. If we are unable to recover the data for you, the service is free and you will be refunded the prepay amount.






FAQ’S:

IS THERE A WAY TO KNOW IF YOU CAN RECOVER MY DATA WITHOUT ME BRINGING THE LAPTOP IN FIRST? If you are unsure of the condition of your hard drive please feel free to call or stop in for a free hard drive diagnostic. We cannot guaranty data recovery without attempting it first but we guaranty a bill free visit if we are unsuccessful.

I DON’T HAVE A DVD PLAYER, CAN YOU BURN THE DATA TO CD? Yes but an additional $40 charge is applied to cover the extra time and materials required to burn to CD.





Warranty & Payment Information:

- If we are unable to recover your data there is no fee..
- We currently accept all major credit cards, debit cards as well as PayPal and cash.
- Sorry no checks or money orders of any kind.
- Payments are due at time of pickup.
- Prepayment is allowed and receipts given.
