Although we will not be able to tell you the forgotten password we will be able to remove it so you can again get access to the desktop and all your data. Resetting a desktop password will not harm any of the information stored on it. All your music, documents, pictures and programs will remain….the only thing removed is the password itself.

After the desktop password is removed you will be able to login to your account and create a new password. If you are unsure how to setup a new password we are happy to show you free of charge. Our desktop password reset service is typically a same day service however please call and check availability if you are expecting same day work.

Additional Notes: For drop-off desktop password reset service we need the desktop and power cord. Prepaying for drop-off service is an option, not a requirement. We also accept walk-ins and payment after all work is complete. Additional fees apply for Apple account resets, database passwords or BIOS related passwords.






FAQ’S:
CAN I CREATE A NEW PASSWORD AFTER YOU REMOVE THE OLD ONE? Yes. After we remove the old password you will be able to add a new password and we offer free assistance should you need it.

Will I lose any of my files or information? No. None of your information is damaged or removed during the desktop password reset service. The only change to your computer is with the password being removed.

Is there a charge if you can’t remove the password? No. If we are unable to remove the password you pay nothing.
