Desktop Diagnostic Service:

Guardian Technologies provides desktop diagnostic work for all desktop related problems. This includes desktops with no power, desktops giving errors, popups, no boot, overheating desktops, desktops with no sound, no video….you name it. If it’s broke, we will happily check it out at a very minimal charge. We are also happy to provide desktop diagnostics free of charge with any repair agreement. In the event you decide to have us fix the desktop we will waive the diagnostic fee.





Service Details:

Our desktop diagnostic fee covers all labor and materials used during the diagnostic on your desktop to determine the exact cause to your problems. After we find the exact cause of your desktop troubles we then call you with a no obligation quote for repair.

Option 1. If you like our repair price and approve of the repairs we start the repair process and call you as soon as all computer repairs are complete. (diagnostic fee is waived)

Option 2. If you do not like to price or repair recommendations and decline repairs the only cost to you is the diagnostic fee listed.

In many cases we do not need to perform a diagnostic in order to quote you a price. In cases such as this we will offer you a no hassle quote over the phone or at the counter.

Additional Notes:
-For desktop diagnostics we the desktop tower and power wire.
-Diagnostics are guaranteed completed within 48 hours or less with the typical wait time being a next day.
- Diagnostic fees are waived if you choose to have the desktop repaired.





FAQ’S:

How do I know you will tell me the truth? Although we offer prepay service, 90% of our clients pay after the work is complete. Before they pay we setup every desktop and give them a firsthand test drive of the completed repairs. Although our diagnostics are free, if you have us repair it you will see firsthand. Providing our clients with the option of paying after the repairs are made is one way we earn your trust.

- No Warranty.
- We currently accept all major credit cards, debit cards as well as PayPal and cash.
- Sorry no checks or money orders of any kind.
- Payments are due at time of pickup.
- Prepayment is allowed and receipts given.
